• Students entering the 7th or 8th grade interested in athletics will need a physical exam and the required OPS paperwork to be athletically eligible. 

     

    Physical Exams For Entering 7th or 8th Graders

    Physical exams must be completed each year on or after: 

    March 1 for students who will be in the 7th Grade 

    May 1 for students who will be in the 8th Grade

     

    Athletic Packets 

    Athletic or pre-participation packets beginning the 2024-2025 school year should have all forms with an OPS logo signed, completed, and returned prior to athletic participation. All documents with the OPS logo in the top right corner will be kept by the school. Hardcopies can be picked up at Bryan Middle School's main office during business hours.
