Ms. Janeen Mann

Principal

As the Principal of Lothrop Elementary, my philosophy as a principal is to empower, educate, and motivate every student by creating equitable learning environments where students discover their passions, feel free to take risks, reach their highest potential, and perform at or above their peers. One of the most important characteristics of an effective school is building a strong home-school relationship. As a staff, we hope to provide a variety of opportunities to help us connect with you and your family. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you. I am excited to serve Lothrop's community as your proud principal. My goals are to help your child learn and LOVE coming to school each day. Our doors are open and we welcome a conversation with you anytime! Please reach out to me at janeen.mann@ops.org or by phone at 531-299-1780.
