The Omaha Burke Choir Department's mission is to create a welcoming environment that fosters individual creativity and high-quality musical experiences. Every student, every day, using the transformative power of practice, poise, and professionalism, will experience success through the art of making music together.
 
Who We Are
The Burke Choral program consists of five choirs: Synergy Show Choir, Concert Choir, Treble Ensemble, Men's Chorus, and Treble Chorus. At Burke High School, we are COMMITTED to EXCELLENCE.
 
Our History
The Burke Choir Department has a strong tradition of Excellence, consistently receiving superior ratings at solo, small ensemble, and large ensemble contests. Considered Burke's "choral ambassadors," the SYNERGY Show Choir has consistently placed at competitions all over Nebraska including the Northeast Jazz Festival in Norfolk, NE, The Omaha North Viking Cup, the Peru State Show Choir Festival in Peru, NE, and the Grand Island Show Choir Invitational in Grand Island, NE.
