• School Improvement Plan Goals

Our school is committed to continuous growth and success for all students. We have identified key areas of focus to enhance academic achievement, instructional quality, school culture, and attendance. These goals are designed to support students, families, and staff in creating a positive and effective learning environment.

    Freshman On-Track

    • To ensure graduation on time (four years), we are committed to improving support systems and academic interventions for 9th-grade students.

    Instruction

    • Enhance active learning strategies in classrooms to promote engagement, increase literacy, and deepen understanding.
    • Reduce the number of failing grades among English Learner (EL) students in mainstream classes by providing additional academic support and resources.

    Climate and Culture

    • Increase the number of positive behavior recognitions for students each quarter, recognize and honor students monthly.
    • Encourage staff contributions through weekly and monthly recognition.

    Attendance

    • Reduce chronic absenteeism by implementing initiatives that encourage consistent school attendance.
    • Support students in maintaining regular attendance throughout the school year.
By working together—students, parents, staff, and community members—we can achieve these goals and create a stronger, more supportive school environment for everyone.
