School Counseling
-
- academic, social and college and career readiness. Counselors interact with students
- regularly. They provide classroom instruction and activities to develop academic and
- emotional skills. They also provide individual and small group counseling. These small
- groups settings can help students resolve conflict, practice skills and think through their
- actions. As students are registering for high school classes and/or preparing for the next
- stage of life after graduation, counselors are there to support students as they think
- through their hobbies, skills and future goals.
