Mission Statement~
The Student Council serves as a liaison between the students, faculty, and administration of Prairie Wind Elementary.
It strives to improve the quality of school life for students, and it represents the interest of all students.
The Student Council is composed of representatives from each grade level 4th through 5th who are elected by their respective classmates. Members should possess strong leadership skills, exhibit good academic standards, and demonstrate exemplary citizenship characteristics. It is a position of responsibility. They need to remember that they are representing both the students in their class as well as the students in the school.
