By completing this application, you agree to the following:
I understand that this permit DOES NOT GUARANTEE me a parking space on campus. I understand this permit allows me the privilege of parking in the northeast lot (located at 23rd & J St) on a first come first serve basis if a legal student parking is available within the WHITE STRIPED stalls. I understand that if I arrive late for school, no parking spaces may be available.
I will comply with all driving and parking regulations as prescribed by the State of Nebraska and South High School.
I fully understand that if legal student parking is not available on campus, I will not park in illegal areas (handicapped accessible parking, staff parking, grassy areas or fire lanes), but will park off campus. In the event that I do not comply with the regulations, I understand that any of the following may occur:
1. You may be ticketed at a cost of $5.00 each for the first (4) tickets.
2. Your vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense from the campus lot upon the receipt of the 5th ticket (approximately $200-$300).
3. Your 2024-2025 driving/parking privileges may be suspended or revoked.
I further understand that the school is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to or from my vehicle. In addition, if school officials have reasonable suspicion, or law enforcement officers have probable cause to believe that there are illegal items or substances in my vehicle, I give consent for such personnel to search my vehicle (as per the
South High 2024-2025 Student Handbook; Code of Conduct.)
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE MUST BE SHOWN AT TIME OF PURCHASE .
