The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is a group of volunteers the meets monthly to help ensure that the bond implementation is consistent with what the district promised to the community. The committee also ensures that the bond implementation is: 

• managed within the appropriate scope, budget and schedule,
• consistent with the needs of the district and in support of the district’s strategic plan, and
• is being properly communicated to the community.
